What We're Looking For
Required:
- ✓Valid insurance agent license (Medicare or ability to quickly obtain)
- ✓Arizona and/or Utah residency (or willingness to become licensed in AZ/UT)
- ✓Commitment to ethical, client-first guidance (no pressure sales)
- ✓Ability to pass background check and comply with FMO requirements
Preferred:
- ✓5+ years Medicare or health insurance experience
- ✓Existing client relationships or lead-generation capability
- ✓Experience with in-home consultations or direct client engagement
